Radim Vrbata scored the tying goal on the power play in the second, and put it away in the shootout for the Coyotes.

Vrbata's goal gave Phoenix the 2-1 lead in the shootout.

Now this game doesn't mean a whole lot to Anaheim, but something they learned earlier that day did. Oh, did it ever. They found out that defenceman Mathieu Schneider will be out atleast 4 weeks due to a broken in his left ankle during a game against the L.A. Kings.
