Canadiens fall to Senators


The Ottawa Senators defeated the Montreal Canadiens 2-1 on Saturday night. All the scoring came in the second period, when Jason Spezza and Shean Donovan each scored a goal for the Senators, and Kyle Chipchura scored one for the Canadiens.


Cristobal Huet played the whole game for the Canadiens, stopping 17 of 19 shots. Martin Gerber and Jeff Glass each faced 12 shots, and Gerber gave up Montreal's lone goal.
