Arnott new Preds Captain.

Nashville Predators General Manager David Poile announced today that center Jason Arnott has been named the fourth captain in franchise history while forwards J.P. Dumont and Steve Sullivan will serve as his assistants for the 2007-08 NHL season.
In his first season with the Preds, Arnott tied for the team lead in goals (27) in 2006-07.
The 6-4, 220-pound center has posted more than 20 goals in eight straight seasons and 10 times total in his 13-year NHL career.
"This is the biggest honor a player can get. Kimmo was great for us last year and it was sad to see him go, but we are ready to move on with J.P., Sully, our new guys and the rest of our leadership core. With all those guys, it makes my job a lot easier." said Arnott during the captaincy press conference.
